Delete my account and data
When you choose the subject "Delete my account and data", the process is automated:
- If an account exists with the provided email, we send a confirmation link to that email address.
- Upon confirmation, the deletion is scheduled for 7 days and the account stops working immediately.
- During the grace period, you receive an email with a link to cancel the deletion if you change your mind.
- After 7 days, the account and all associated data are permanently deleted, and you receive a final notice.
- If no account exists with the provided email, nothing happens — and the message you see is exactly the same, to protect your privacy.
